Do I need to make a separate charter or reservation agreement with the guests?

It is recommended to make a charter or reservation agreement between the boat owner and the guest. Teknevia is not a party to this contract. In case of conflict between Teknevia terms of use and this agreement, Teknevia terms of use are valid.
